Letter of a Mad Women

To Whom it May Concern,

I am Lady Macbeth. I have done wrong in the past and I am paying for it now. Macbeth is not the only one responsible for King Duncan's death I had part in this. I was the one that put the Gaurds out, in order for Macbeth to complete the deed. When Macbeth told me about the witches prophecies, I got overwhelmed with the prospect of power. I thought he had to do something in order to make it happen. I saw Macbeth having second thoughts about the situation, so I went ahead and stepped in. I convinced him of killing Duncan. Banquo's death was Macbeth's doing, I had nothing to do with it. I did everything in Macbeth's well being; I wanted his power and I got it along with his guilty conscience.

Goals I have Accomplished

The goals I have accomplished lately are work hard in my writing class. I am doing that cuz I'm trying to make up all my blogs as you can see and I'm trying to do and turnin all my class work and homework. Another goal I think i have accomplished is try to do all my class work, that's in general, I am trying really, really hard to turn in all my homework and so far I'm succeding.

The Tale of Lady Godiva

Lady Godiva supposably rode naked on a horse through the streets of Coventry even though there was never any real proof of this event. The story keeps changing throughout the years.

Back then they would feast for days and everyone would look forward to all the food, especially the meat. There were fires, freshly made food brought out straight from the kitchen, bread and different kinds of meat. The king would usually give these feasts and a lot was expected of him.

The king probably had the hardest job of all. He was expected to give his people the best which included slaves, land, good times at feasts, and if he didn't he could wake up dead in the morning.

All the foods that the people ate at the feasts and in everyday life they grew themselves and/or killed it.

Most houses were small made out of wood and staw. Houses usually had a hole in the roof so that the smoke from the fire that was held in the middle would be let out.

Celebrating Beowulf

Warriors did not need wonderful wide armor to protect them from war
Beowulf was big, strong, and could break someone's back
Adventure was strong so the sea called
He swam in the sea struggling to seize sought out monsters
He sought out evil in so many places
He rose from the darkness dripping with blood
Drove great giants like Grendel into their deep agonizing domain
Beowulf the protector of the Lord prepared a plan for the struggle of the people
The bravest and the best could punish the foul beast
One of the Geats most admired and honored was Beowul
People would come carrying carved flasks to celebrate Beowulf's couragous victory

Grendel and Beowulf

The monster's hatred rose higer,
But his power had gone. He twisted in pain,
And the bleeding sinews deep in his shoulder
Snapped, muscle and bone split
And broke. The battle was over, Beowulf
Had been granted new glory: Grendel escaped,
But wounded as he was could flee to his den,
His miserable hole at the bottom of the marsh,
Only to die, to wait for the end
Of all his days.

This was one of my favorite parts because this is when Beowulf finally finishes with the pain and suffering of all the people. Beowulf had once again proven himself but this time made a new name for himself even though he didn't kill Grendel.

Something I've done that no one else has done, I probably can't say but other than that i don't know. I can say that I am outgoing and I like to talk.

Three adjectives that describe me are:

• outgoing

A breif history of my name. All I know is that my mom like this actor or singer named Mayra Alejandra and she decided to named me like that.

A list of 15 fun goals i would like to accomplish by June 15:

• get ACT score of at least 23 if not higher
• pass all my classes with A's and B's
• run 1 mile w/out getting tired
• try to make new friends
• going to fright fest
• go to the R.O.T.C picnic
• go to the Military ball
• pass my junior year
• lose weight (maybe)
• try to turn in all my homework
• work hard in my writing class
• try to do all my class work
• go to as many parades as I can w/J.R.O.T.C
• go to parties
• go to the beach w/my boyfriend
